Kristina Marie Smith Graves, age 44, of Marysville, died unexpectedly early Sunday morning, October 11, 2015 at her home. A home caregiver, she especially gave love and attention to her niece, Rebecca. She attended Marysville Bible Baptist Church. She grew up in Indianapolis and enjoyed fishing and spending time with her family. She was known for her devotion to others and “heart of gold.” She was born February 23, 1971 in Indianapolis and was preceded in death by her mother, Michelle Smith and her five sons, Brett, Blake, TJ, Jeremy and Dakota. She is survived by her husband, Garry Graves; her father and step-mother, Johnny Lee (Tammy) Smith, Sr.; her step son, Garry Graves; three grandchildren, Mario, Brittany and Brennan; great-granddaughters, Aubrianna and Anaiah; siblings, Scott (LeAnn) Anderson, Pamela (Ronald) Hamilton, Johnny (Crystal) Smith, Jr., Brandon (Renee Hoffman) Smith, Laura (Christopher) Hanson, Nick (Amber Veezy) Holton, William (Deziree) Smith; nieces and nephews, Alex, Keith, Theresa, Rebecca, Peyton, Alex, Elijah, Aiden, Ona, Hannah, Chevelle; a brother-in-law, Larry (Linda) Graves; sisters-in-law, Donna (Paul) Sidner, Barbara Clayton, Sharon Graves and Kathy (Dwight) White; and many other relatives and friends, including her best friend, Jodie (Jason) Woodard. Funeral services will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday at Underwood Funeral Home where the family will receive friends beginning at 4 p.m. Pastor Jeremy Stout will officiate and interment will be held at a later date.
