CORINTH - Mrs. Lillian Strickland, 82, died Sunday at Methodist Hospital in Memphis. Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at McPeters Funeral Home with burial in John Cemetery. She was a member of Christian Church.
Mrs. Strickland, the wife of Ray Stickland, also leaves two daughters, Mrs. Betty Travis of Madisonville, Ky., and Ms. Barbara Strickland of Memphis; four sons, Kenneth Strickland and Gary Strickland, both of Corinth, Thomas Strickland of Aurora, N.C., and Randy Strickland of Asheboro, N.C.; a sister, Mrs. Susie Coln of Glen; a brother, J. G. Driver of Corinth, eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
