Henrieta Emaline Martin

Henrieta Emaline Young was born in Ohio, August 14, 1845, and died at her home in Red Cloud, August 30, 1912, aged sixty-seven years and sixteen days.

She moved to Indiana with her parents when she was a small girl. Here, October 7, 1869, she was united in marriage to Milo S. Martin. They moved to Nebraska the first of March in 1892 where they have since resided.

Seven children were born to this union, two dying in infancy. The remaining five were present at the funeral services. They are: Mrs. G.E. Hughes of Whiting, Iowa, Mrs. Lyman Essig and Mrs O.D. Hedge of Red Cloud, Archie F. of Fremont and John L. of this city.

Mrs Martin united with the Baptist church April 15, 1882, and departed this life with the full assurance of a Savior's love. Services were conducted by her pastor, W.E. Cole, Sunday afternoon at two o'clock from the home.

Henrieta Emaline Martin
