Emma Lorraine Falloon, daughter of William Black Falloon and Lorraine Virginia Cornell, married Thomas Clifton Miller on 10 Feb 1902 in Boulder, Boulder, Colorado.

They were the parents of twelve children, two dying in infancy. Nola Fern Miller b. 1902, Ruby North Miller b. & d. 1904, Elmer Fee Miller b. 1906, Arnold Acie Miller b. 1907, Rowena Winifred Miller b. 1909, Mildred Pruda Miller b. & d. 1911, Delciena Veinna Miller b. 1913, Cecil Lloyd Miller b. 1914, Orvie White Miller b 1918, Arvada Shirley Miller b. 1920, Lotus Finella "Pat" Miller b. 1921, Homer Leroy Miller b. 1924.

Their daughter, Arvada Shirley Miller, was the Yodeling Champion of California when she was young. She traveled with the Dude Martin Band and sang at the Grand Ole Opry. She was at the Worlds Fair in San Francisco and met Roy Rogers and Sally Rand.

Their daughter, Cecil Lloyd Miller, wife of Martin Elder Simpson Cecil saw the crash of the Hindenburg, and almost lived to her 98th birthday.
