According to the 1920 census (enumerated January 9, weeks before his death) he was single, 37 years old, born Syria, immigrated to the U.S. 1902, a waiter in a hotel and lived at 2817 N 27th street in Omaha with his sister and brother-in-law, Mary and Mike Ogil [Ojile], and his brother Esau. His burial card states he died January 28, 1920, age 37 years, and was buried January 29. Brother of Mary Ojile [#148282084].

DEATHS AND FUNERALS
Joseph Abraham, 38, 1576 North Sixteenth street, died Wednesday of influenza, followed by pneumonia. Funeral services were held this morning from Sacred Heart church to Holy Sepulcher cemetery. His parents in Syria survive him.
