Services for Edward Seeger, 73, of 1408 N. Lotus ac., a retired Chicago policeman, will be held at 1 p.m. Friday in the chapel at 3440 N. Central av. Mr. Seeger died Monday in his home. He retired from the police force in 1951 after 32 years as a policeman, 30 on traffic duty t La Salle and Van Buren streets. For the last nine years he had been an employe of the Harza Engineering company, 400 W. Madison st. Surviving are his widow, Viola; a son, Edward; a daughter, Mrs. Mildred Lowell; and two foster children, Walter Belcher and Mrs. Rosemary Hart.
