Verna E. Aden, age 93, of Greensboro, North Carolina and formerly of Chariton County, died Saturday, October 10th, 2015.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00am on Wednesday, October 21st at Asbury Cemetery in Keytesville.
Arrangements are under the direction of Summerville Funeral Home in Salisbury. Memorials may be made to Asbury United Methodist Chapel cemetery.
She is survived by her daughter Deborah Froelich (Harold) and her grandson, Brett Froelich (Bill); two step daughters Beverly Schuster (Ted) and Marsha Vandament (Jim), two step grandchildren Amanda Coggeshall and Douglas Schlueter (Kathy) and two step great-granddaughters Alexanda and Ava, sister-in-law Betty Young, two nieces Karen Moore (Alan) and Karla Nanneman (Bob) and many great-nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William M. (Bill) and Susie E. Young; husbands Walter J. Link and John A. Aden; and brother Howard Young.
