Nathaniel "Nate" Hickman, 2, of Beaumont, infant son of Hiawatha and Chrissy Hickman was born August 2, 2004 in Beaumont, Texas and passed away Sunday, August 13, 2006 at Texas Childrens Hospital in Houston after a courageous year-long battle with cancer. "Nate" is survived by his mother and father: Hiawatha and Chrissy Hickman of Silsbee; grandparents: Bobby and Nancy Biddle, Iva and Linda Jones all of Silsbee, Walter and Velma Wright of Kirbyville; great grandparents: R.G. Davis Jr. and Sarah Hickman both of Silsbee; uncles: Anthony Hickman and his wife Stephanie, Iva Jones Jr and his wife Ashley, Freeman Jones, Ahmad Jones, David Biddle and his wife Amanda; Aunts: Imeka Jones and numerous cousins and other relatives. Funeral service will be Wednesday, August 16, 2006 at 4:00 P.M. at Broussard's 490 Cemetery Rd. Silsbee, Texas 77656. Burial will follow at R.S. Farmer Cemetery in Silsbee. A gathering of family and friends will also be Wednesday from 1:00 P.M. until time of service.
