Gray, Dennis Dale, 66, custom motorcycle builder at Big Dawg Motorcycles, died Oct. 16. Memorial services 1 p.m. Tuesday, Sunnyside Baptist Church, Oklahoma City (John M. Ireland, Moore).

Dennis passed away at the age of 66. He was born in Oklahoma City where he grew up, and he graduated from Gate High School in Gate, OK. Dennis had been living in Winfield, KS. He proudly served his country in the US Army during the Vietnam Era. Dennis was a gunner on a military tank crew. During training, he was the best marksman. Dennis was one of the first employees of Big Dawg Motorcycles. He had also worked for Burlington Coat Factory in OKC and Wichita, KS and Haskell Lemons in OKC. Dennis loved his family and will be deeply missed. He is survived by 1 grandson, Stefan Paxton; 1 sister, Doris Martin & husband, Devohn; 2 nieces, Christina Taliaferro & husband, Bobby and Cara Martin; 1 nephew, Marvin Martin & wife, Amy; several great-nieces and nephews; and great-great-nieces; and his special friend, Stephanie Beckner. Dennis is preceded in death by his parents, Dale & Irene (Bailey) Gray; and his daughter, Shelby Diann Paxton. A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 PM, Tuesday, October 20, 2015, at Sunnyside Baptist Church, 1139 SW 48th St., OKC, OK. Services are under the direction of the John M. Ireland Funeral Home, Moore, OK.
