Randall Scott "Scotty" George, age 48 of Andersonville, passed away October 16, 2015 at North Knoxville Medical Center.

He was a member of Andersonville United Methodist Church.

Scotty worked for the Anderson County Highway Department as a heavy equipment mechanic. In his spare time he enjoyed restoring Farmall tractors and participating in tractor pulls.

He never met a stranger and enjoyed visiting with his friends. He was a loving husband, father, brother and friend. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Preceded in death by his parents, Steve and Maxie George.

Survivors include Loving wife of 26 years Marie George Son Will George Daughter Anna George Sister Myra McMillan and husband Barry Mother in-law: Flo Oakes Brother in-law: J.D. Oakes and wife Angela Nephews Brandon McMillan and Bill Oakes Niece Monya McMillan Host of cousins and friends

The family will receive friends Monday, October 19th from 6-8 PM at Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton. Funeral service will follow with Rev. Allen Giles officiating.

Family and friends will meet Tuesday, October 20th at 11:00 AM at Sinking Springs United Methodist Church Cemetery for graveside service.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Second Harvest Food Bank, 136 Harvest Lane, Maryville, TN 37801. Holley-Gamble Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements
