STEPHEN C. BURROUGHS, 82, of Tampa died Friday at Delta Nursing Home. A native of Columbus, Ohio, she moved to the area in 1960. He was a retired master carpenter, Army veteran of World War II and Methodist.
He is survived by two sons, David of Columbus and Michael of Ponce Inlet; a daughter, Susan Thompson of Tampa; two sisters, Artheida Haggard of Ohio and Fern Glass of Virginia; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
