Sarah Alberta Shelby Harman, age 94 years, passed from this life April 26, 2009. Born in Duck River, Tennessee, daughter of Samuel Walter Shelby and Mattie Erwin Harbison Shelby. Mrs. Harman was previously a member of the West End Church of Christ and recently Hillsboro Church of Christ. She is preceded in death by her husband, Sheffield Harman Jr., son, Sheffield Harman III, brothers, Samuel Shelby Sr., Lloyd and Henry Shelby, sister, Flora Adair, and several nephews. Funeral services are scheduled for Wednesday, April 29, 2009, at 2 P.M., from the Mount Olivet Funeral Home. Interment to follow in historic Mount Olivet Cemetery.
