Lillian was married to Jack Dielkey. Her first husband was Richard Paul Fitzgerald and they had five children: Richard M. Fitzgerald, Daniel M. Fitzgerald, Shirley A. Fitzgerald, Donna J. Fitzgerald and Robert A. Fitzgerald. She worked at the Las Vegas Review Journal for 25 years. She has three great grand children.Lillian "Lil" Fitzgerald Dielkey passed onto her heavenly home June 28, 2013. Born in Midland, Mich., Jan. 3, 1928, she was a resident of Las Vegas for over 50 years.

She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Virginia and George Spagnuolo; one son, Daniel (Duke) Fitzgerald; sisters, Theresa Dockham from Midland and Jeanette Karr from Bay City, Mich.; two brothers, Frank and Pat Spagnuolo from Las Vegas; and one adopted son, Chad Hull.

She is survived by her husband, Jack Dielkey; two sons, Richard and Robert Fitzgerald; two daughters, Shirley Brandt and Donna Reda; four grandchildren, Tiffany and Sean Testa, and Brad and Chris Brandt; two great-grandchildren, Preston Testa and Enzo Gulzarzada, with another on the way; and many more nieces and nephews.

Memorial mass will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, July 3, at her wonderful church, St. Thomas Catholic Church, 5317 Smoke Ranch Road, where she met so many lovely, caring people... number one being Father Pete.
