Mrs. Dell Swanner Davis, 69, of 21 East James, a Baytown resident 33 years, died at 2:45 p.m. Saturday in a Baytown Hospital.
Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. Monday at Earthman Chapel with Elders Jack Holder of Cedar Bayou Church of Christ, C. E. Wilson of Mapleton Church of Christ and H. C. Mc C McCaghren of Lakewood Church of Christ, officiating. Interment was in Sterling White Cemetery under direction of Earthman Funeral Home.
Mrs. Davis is survived by five daughters, Mrs. Bessie Morse of Channelview, Mrs. Roxy McCaleb, Mrs. Ruby Derks and Mrs. Juanita Derks of Baytown, Mrs. Maxine Fitzgerald of Highlands; Three son, Thadieus Swanner of Baytown, Capt. Bill Swanner of U. S. Army stationed in White Sands, NM and Arlen Swanner of Highlands; 20 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be W. T. Jasper, W. T. Jones Sr., J. L. Reed, W. M. Russell, Bill Rice and Roy McDanields.
