Reverend Mother Mary Ursula (Mary Agnes) Maxwell, OLSH, is the daughter of Thomas Maxwell and Margaret Corr.
Agnes Maxwell, known in religion as Sister Mary Ursula (later Rev Mother Mary Ursula), entered the community of the Daughters of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart on 30 December 1897 and was professed on 2 January 1900. She also served on the Council of the Province in December 1944. She died in Sydney on 14 March 1960.
