Services for Mr. Allen Garrett, 312 East Second street, who died Friday in White Cross hospital in Columbus, after six month illness' from complications, will be conducted from the C.J. Ware funeral home Sunday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Marvin W. Crabtree, pastor of the Tabernacle Baptist church, officiating. Burial will follow in Grandview cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home before Sunday's services.
Mr. Garrett was born March 25, 1866 in Ross County, and was employed by the Ladoga canning company for 27 years. Surviving is one son, Mr. Ralph C. Garrett, proprietor of the Garrett restaurant on East Main Street, and one grandson, Davis Garrett, of Ritchie, Ill.
