After graduating high school in Port Charlotte, FL, he went into the U.S. Navy where he got the education he wanted and saw the world. While based at Mare Island in Vallejo, CA, he met Terry and got married in 1988. He had been honorably discharged in 1987 and hired with EDS. He and his family moved to Lewisville in 1994 where EDS had relocated him. His job allowed him to transfer from one company to another when they were bought out by one another. He was currently working for Fiserv. He spent his spare time restoring his 1975 Corvette where he won many awards at car shows with it.
He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Norman Leroy Allison, Sr. and his father, Norman Leroy Allison, Jr.
Scott is survived by his wife of 27 years, Terry, and their four children: Nicole, Justin, Brianna, and Kathryn; as well as his mother, Anne Allison, of New Hampshire and brother, Mark Allison.
