Ortha Obedia Outlaw, 86, of Lowell, Arkansas, died November 2, 2015 at Ashley Health and Rehab in Rogers, Arkansas. She was born February 20, 1929 at Alabam, Arkansas, the daughter of Talbert and Liza Watson Walker. She had retired from First Brands in Rogers and was a Baptist. She was the widow of Jack Robert Outland. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Lindy Walker and Charles Walker; one sister, Verl Ann Oliver and four infant siblings.

Survivors include: one son and daughter-in-law, James Robert and Patty Outland of Lowell, Arkansas; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Burl "Ferndo" and Inez Walker of Marble, Arkansas and Duel and Sharon Walker of Rogers, Arkansas; one grandson and granddaughter-in-law, Jack Robert and Charissa Walker of Lowell, Arkansas and several nephews and nieces.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P. M. Wednesday, November 4, in the chapel of Brashears Funeral Home with The Reverend Kelly Yarbrough officiating. Interment will be in the Alabam Cemetery under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home of Huntsville, Arkansas.
