He was a Member of Little Barren Separate Baptist Church- He was a Retired Press Operator for Printing Industry-He was a United States Army Veteran of the 101 First Airborne and a Member of the National Rifle Association-

Survivors are; His Wife of, Forty-Seven Years, Wanda Louise [ Franklin ] Coffey, Whom He Married June 30, 1968-Two Daughters; Pamela Lynn [ Clay Eugene ] Jones, of Indiana., Tammy Jo Balydes, of Louisville, Kentucky., A Son; Brian Shannon [ Joy ] Coffey, of Little Barren, Four Grandchildren; Reagan and Ross Jones, Anna Jade and Dayni Rose Coffey- Two Sisters; Susan Nell Horton and Phyllis Lynn Coffey-

Funeral Services at 1:00 P. M. Saturday November 7, 2015 Cowherd & Parrott Funeral Home, With; Meryl Young and Joseph Wilcoxson , Officiating.
