Robin Ione Wilson, 82, of Siloam Springs passed away at her home on Wednesday, November 4, 2015.
Robin was born on October 14, 1933 in Little Rock, Mississippi, a daughter of Clarence W. Smith and Myrtice E. Thompson Smith.
Robin("Ione" to many)was the youngest of 6 children. Her siblings were Pervis, Claire, Willis, Otis, & Travis.

She married the late Elmer Wilson on December 31, 1955 in Fordyce, AR, who preceded her in death in 2014. Robin worked in the sporting goods department of the Siloam Springs Wal-Mart for 23 years before her retirement. She was a member of the First Baptist church in Siloam Springs, and was a great homemaker. She was a loving mother and grandmother and was loved by all who knew her.

She is survived by one son Mike Wilson of Siloam Springs; two daughters, Georgenia and husband Butch Hagedorn of Highfill, and Sandy Wilson Dych of Fayetteville; four grandchildren, Jessie Loyd, Dustin Wilson, Bo Bruner, and Valerie Wilson; five great grandchildren, Ava Bruner, Logan Loyd, Sophia, Aubrey and Zane Wilson.

A Gathering of friends and family was held on Monday, November 9, 2015 at the Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home in Siloam Springs. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to the Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home of Siloam Springs.
