Carmel Lee. " Candy " Cutlip, Boothe Kuentzler Donley, 82 entered into rest Friday , November 6, 2015 at York Hospital. She was the wife of the late Joseph W, Boothe, Albert A 'Abe' Kuentzler, and Robert Donley. A visitation will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. on Tuesday at John W. Keffer Funeral Homes and Crematory,Inc, 2114 West Market St, York, following by an 11 a.m. service at the funeral home. The Rev Stanley Reet will be officiating, Buriel will follow in Greenmount Cemetery. Mrs. Boothe- Kuentzler-Donley was born April 21 1933 in Jacox, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Alfred Cutlip and Martha Jane Holmes. She was a member of the First Tabernacle Baptist Church in Delta, and had been employed at York Casket Company for 22 years. She loved to work in her garden and travel. Carmel is survived by her children, Karen Boothe Dentler and her late husband James of Dover, Brenda Boothe Ruff and her husband Donald of Dover, Sharon Boothe Wilson-Hess and her husband Keith of Shrewsburry, JoAnn Boothe Eaton and her husband John of Airville, and Verna Boothe Singh and husband Manoj of York 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren;and two brothers, Dana Holmes of Airville and Junior Elswick of Youngstown, Ohio, She was preceded in death by a brother, Eldon " Eddie " Standley. and a sister, Juanita Sparks, McWhorter In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the SPCA of York County, 3159 Susquehanna Trail North, York, PA 17406.
