Allen Gray Davis, 81 of Athens died Saturday at Crestwood Hospital.
Mr. Davis was born in Athens, Alabama on January 18, 1934 to Marshall Glyn & Ora Lee Glanton Davis.
Mr. Davis retired with the rank of Lieutenant from Athens Police Department after 29 years of service, and was a member of Pleasant Valley church of Christ.

Visitation will be 4 - 8 PM Sunday at Spry Funeral Home.
Services will me Monday at 11 AM in the chapel of Spry Funeral Home, with Paul Loggins, Tim Massey, Larry Knowles and Don Osborne officiating, burial in Athens City Cemetery.
