HO LEM Alvin Ho Lem of Calgary, peacefully at home, on March 21, 1996. Alvin was born December 14, 1927 to Frank and Nellie Ho Lem in Calgary. He spent most of his life in Calgary and worked for many years at Rosedale Cleaners. He is survived by his children, Garry (Patricia), Nola (Stuart) MacPheat, David (Wanda), Stan (Betty Ann), Tracy (Terry) Robinson, and Mark; his sister Angela (Sakae) Suto; his brother Frank, and his loving companion Sonja McEwing and her children, Miles, Tracey and Kirsten. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, Shannon, Matthew and Christine MacPheat, Tara, Tannis and Tanelle Robinson, Caitlin Shea, Derick, Krista and Andrew Ho Lem. He was predeceased by his parents and by his wife Joan. A Service will be held at FOSTER'S Garden Chapel, 3220-4 Street N.W., Calgary, on Monday, March 25, 1996 at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend David Wen officiating. Cremation.
