Mr.James Madison Spencer, age 14 of Franklin, Georgia, passed away on November 7, 2015. He was born on June 23, 2001 in Leesburg, Florida. James loved NASCAR racing and dreamed of being a racecar driver one day. He also was interested in underwater welding and was an 8th grader in Heard County School System. He is survived by is parents, Michael Scott Spencer and Mavis Louise Pate Spencer; two brothers, Michael Phillips, Jerry Hobbs, seven sisters, Donna Sue Pate Lovejoy, Kimberly Crain Bishop, Jennie Crain Seaman, Stephanie Marie Collins Watts, Jennifer Lynn Collins Watts, Donna Renee Collins Hudgins, Kayla Christen Collins Estes. The family received friends at Higgins Hillcrest Chapel on Thursday from 2-8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made directly to the funeral home by calling 770-253-4723.Higgins Hillcrest Chapel of Newnan is in charge of the arrangements. The Funeral is at 4 o'clock on Friday November 13, 2015, at Corinth Baptist Church in Franklin, with Pastor Milton Hall Officiating. The interment followed at the church cemetery.
