Mrs. Belle Walston, wife of Mr. Walter Walston, died at her home near St. Peters church about midnight last Tuesday, after an illness of but one day's duration.
Mrs. Walston was 35 years of age and was a native of the Western Shore of Virginia, being a Miss Hewlett before marriage. She was a daughter of Mrs. Chas. Swift of Hopewell, and had been a member of St. Peters church for many years.
The deceased is survived by her husband and four children. Funeral services were held from St. Peters Church yesterday (Friday) afternoon, conducted by the pastor, Rev. R. H. Wilson, and interment was in the cemetery adjoining the church.
