She was born on May 5, 1938 in North Carolina the daughter of the late Howard and Nettie Rochester.
Liz moved to Massillon in 1972. She was a member of Otterbein U.M.C. She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. Liz also loved antiquing and sewing.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Michael Alcorn in 1982 and her beloved Russell Johnson in 2009 and her sister Netta Lee in 2010.
She is survived by her children and their spouses; Jimmy (Amy) McNeely of Navarre, Jason (Carol) Alcorn of Canal Fulton and Lisa (Merle) Warden of Massillon; her grandchildren, Haley and Macey Warden, Cody and Jared Alcorn and Amanda and Samantha McNeely; her brother and sister-in-law, Bill (Janie) Rochester of Drexel, NC.
A Graveside service will be held at Sunset Hills Burial Park on Wednesday, May 5, 2010 at 11:00 AM.
