The daughter of the late Chauncey and Elsie (Cunningham) Woodard, she was born at Huntington, West Virginia. Bonnie was a member of New Life Lutheran Church, Gallipolis; served as the secretary of the Gallipolis Shrinettes; a member of Gallipolis Order of Eastern Star, Gallipolis American Legion and V.F.W. Auxiliaries, Gallia County Senior Citizens, The Red Hat Society and The Gallipolis Lions Club; Volunteer Manager of the Lutheran Social Services Food Pantry and a member of the Gallia County First Families.

She is survived by children: Yvonne , Shaleen and Cynthia ; grandchildren: Shaun , Fallon Amanda, Alyssa , Tara and Heather and eight great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husbands, Hurst Arrowood, Eldon Thomas and William “Bill” Cargo, two brothers and two sisters.
