Sweetwater - Funeral for Mrs. Cora Cain, 75, will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Cate-Spencer Chapel with burial to be in Sweetwater Cemetery.
Mrs. Cain, a Sweetwater resident since 1914, died Monday in a Midland hospital. She was born Aug. 6, 1891 in Knoxville, Tenn. Her husband, Tom Cain, died in 1960.
Surviving are a son, G. L. of Lubbock; two daughters, Mrs. Charles West of Midland and Mrs. Dan Goodrum of Odessa; two brothers; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
