Jincey Lucinda Gunter married John Wesley Vickery on May 24, 1860 in Escambia County, Florida. They had the following children: Charles Julian, William L., Annie Lorena, Ida, Robert D., Dillon Jordan (my great grandfather), James R., Lillian, Nora, and Orren Harrison Vickery. Jincey and John Wesley are buried in the Hall Family Cemetery in Canoe, Escambia County, Alabama. The cemetery is well-kept and a white fence surrounds the entire cemetery. I visited the cemetery in early 2006 and took numerous photographs.∼She was born in Florida Territory, before Florida became a state.
