Mrs. Ruth Davis, sister of Romaine Bolger of Everett, died at her home in Altoona on Sunday afternoon. Mrs. Davis was president of the Ladies Auxiliary to the United National Association of Postal Clerks and was former president of the association. She was born on December 8, 1891, at Woodbury, and was a daughter of the late Frank and Anna (Smith) Bolger. She was united in marriage with William V. Davis, who survives, along with four sisters,
