William E. Walters, Jr., 73, Kansas City North, passed away August 14, 2006. He was born in McKendree, WV. He had lived in this area since 1957. For many years he was employed as a welder for the K.W. Dart Co. He was also a Marine veteran of the Korean Conflict.
Survivors include his wife, Betty K. Walters, 6 children, William W. Walters, Nancy Hunt, Cathy Welch, Steven Walters, Jamie Hubbard, Mark Walters; 16 grandchildren; & 2 sisters, Patricia Farmer & Delores Saunders.
