Sylvia Beatrice Procyk, 83 of Charlotte, N.C., died September 28, 2015. Sylvia, the daughter of Hubert and Alice Hoffmann and the loving wife of the late Henry Procyk, passed away at her home in Charlotte.
Friends will be received in the KEZMARSKY FUNERAL HOME, 71 Pennsylvania Avenue, Uniontown, Pa. on Friday, October 2, 2015 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m and on Saturday morning until 9:30 a.m. when a blessing service will be held followed by a 10:00 a.m.
Divine liturgy in St. John the Baptist Byzantine Catholic Church with Rev. Fr. Ronald Larko officiating.
Interment will follow in Mt. Macrina cemetery in Uniontown.
Donations may be made in her memory to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
