Harold was born on April 13, 1939 in White County, Tennessee to the late Grady Lee Carr and Dora Bell Flatt Carr. He was a former Bay Station Manager and White County School Bus driver. Harold is also preceded in death by a son Kyle Lee Carr.
He is survived by his wife Dean Webster Carr
