Jimmy Carl Mullins, 78, of Panama City, Florida passed away on Thursday, Nov. 26, 2015.

Jimmy was born on March 17, 1937 in Omaha, Virginia to Oxford Mullins and Sally Yates Mullins.

He was a long time resident of the area and worked many years as shoe cobbler for "That Boot store" in Springfield, Florida.

Jimmy is preceded in death by five siblings: Emma Prillheart, Albert Mullins, Ruby "Jewel" Schaffer, MacArthur Mullins and David Mullins.

He is survived by six siblings; John Mullins (Linda), Esther Blair (John), Frank Mullins (Pat), DeeAnna Carter, Jack Mullins, Joseph "Sammy" Mullins (Betty.)

Services will be held on Monday, November 30, 2015. Visitation will be at 2:00 PM with funeral services following at 3:00 PM at East Bay Baptist Church located at 508 HWY 2297, Panama City, Florida 32404. Jimmy will be taken to King Cemetery in Arkansas for interment.

In lieu of flowers the family has asked that donations be made to East Bay Baptist Church in memory of Jimmy Mullins.
