Patrick DeJulius, 46, died Thursday, November 26th, 2015 at Midwest Regional Medical Center.
He is survived by his father Frank DeJulius and wife Susan; his mother Brenda DeJulius; his wife Mary Beth DeJulius; and brothers Paul (spouse Jayme) DeJulius, Joe (spouse Ashley) Revels. He is Uncle Patrick to Hailey and Hayden Revels, Sage Snow, Syan DeJulius, and Sierra Lawrence.
Patrick is a Founding member of the Oklahoma City Aceholes Disc Golf Club. Patrick will always be remembered for his big heart, his love of animals and is passion for OU football.
Memorial services - Sunday, December 6, 2015, at the Grace Memorial Chapel. Burial in the Longwood Cemetery in Ponca City.
