Mrs. Bell was an executive housekeeper for the Holiday Inn in Leominister, Mass. before her retirement. She later worked at various hotels in Atlantic City.
Born in Ocala, Fla., Mrs. Bell was an area resident for more than 40 years and a member of the Mount Pleasant Baptist Church in Pleasantville.
Surviving are her husband, Theophilus W.; a daughter, Antoinette Gaines of Pleasantville; a sister, Ethel Alford of Gainesville, Fla.; two brothers, Grover Anderson of Canton, Ohio, and Fred Anderson of Atlantic City; a son, David Boylan of Pleasantville; and two grandchildren.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at the Adams-Perfect Funeral Home, 5 N. 2nd St., Pleasantville, where friends may call from noon. Burial will be in Atlantic City Cemetery, Pleasantville.
