Lou Ann H. Kolarik, age 66, of 2324 Mirro Drive, Manitowoc, died Wednesday morning, December 2, 2015 at Northridge Medical & Rehabilitation Center.The former Lou Ann Rebarchek was born February 2, 1949 in Two Rivers, daughter of the late Frank and Helen (Kimball) Rebarchek. She grew up in Manitowoc and attended local schools. In the past Lou Ann worked as a nursing assistant at various facilities in the area. She attended Hope Church and enjoyed crocheting. Survivors include her special friend and partner: Ken Baeckman, Manitowoc; one son and daughter-in-law: Wayne (Elizabeth) Rebarchek, Duluth, MN; three grandchildren: Sam Rebarchek, Christopher Rebarchek; Jackson Rebarchek; three step-grandchildren: Nicholas Kent; Anthony Kent; Joey Kent; one brother: Frank Rebarchek Jr., Oshkosh and his special friend: Diane; four sisters and two brothers-in-law: Arlene Strouf, Menchalville; Janice Brachmann, Manitowoc; Elaine Haas, Two Rivers; Sharon (Ron) Carrier, Two Rivers; Edward Baroun, Whitelaw, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. She was preceded in death by her parents: Frank Rebarchek and Helen Mahnke; one brother: Richard Rebarchek; one sister: Bonnie Baroun.A Memorial service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, December 10, 2015 at Hope Community Church, 4408 County Road B, Manitowoc. Pastor John Aitken will officiate with burial of her cremated remains at Holy Cross Cemetery, Two Rivers.
