Joseph (Buddy) Herman, 42, of Francis Creek, died Friday evening at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Monday at Saur Funeral Home, Kellnersville, and at 10 a.m. at St. Anne Catholic Church, Francis Creek. The Rev. John Haen will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery.
Mr. Herman was born March 3, 1929, at Francis Creek, son of the late Luke Herman Jr. and Mrs. Blanche Shimon Herman. He attended St. Anne School and Mishicot Community High School graduating in 1947. He entered the military service in 1951 and served in the Korean Conflict. He had been employed as a truck driver by Fred Radandt Sons Inc. of Manitowoc. Mr. Herman was a member of the Teamsters Local No. 619 of Manitowoc.
Survivors include his mother, Mrs. Blanche Herman of Manitowoc, a brother, Robert of Manitowoc, a sister Mrs. James (Mary Ann) Peroutka of Marshfield, his fiancee, Miss Gail Schmoock of Francis Creek, three nieces and a nephew.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Sunday where a prayer service will be held at 8 p.m.
