IN PROBATE,-MANITOWOC COUNTY COURT.
In the matter of the estate of Peter John Holschbach, deceased.
On reading and filing the petition of Wilhelmine Holschbach of Manitowoc county, Wis., representing among other things that Peter John Holschbach, late of the town of Kossuth in said county, on the 23rd day of May, A.D., 1879, at said town died intestate, leaving goods, chattels and estate within this state, and that the said petitioner is the widow of said deceased, and praying that administration of said estate be to Bernhard Delsmann granted, it is ordered that said petition be heard before the judge of this court, on Tuesday, the 5th day of August, A.D., 1879, at 10 o'clock A.M., at my office in said county.
Ordered further, that notice thereof be given to the heirs of said deceased, and to all persons interested, by publishing a copy of this order for three successive weeks prior to said day of hearing, in the Manitowoc Pilot, a weekly newspaper published at the city of Manitowoc, in said county.
Dated at Manitowoc, the 21st day of June, A.D., 1879.
