Funeral services for Joseph Novak, 83, who died Friday morning at the Manitowoc County Hospital, will be at 9:30 a.m. Monday at the Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, and at 10 a.m. at St. Ann Catholic Church in Francis Creek. The Rev. Joseph Rauch will officiate with burial in the church cemetery.
Mr. Novak was born in Kossuth in 1869. He operated a farm until his retirement 25 years ago, when he moved to Two Rivers. He lived there until becoming ill six years ago.
In 1896 he married Agnes Shimek who survives with two daughters, Mrs. Quirin Wilda and Mrs. Walter Baugniet of Manitowoc; a son, William of Manitowoc; seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Sunday, and the rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Sunday.
