CLIFFORD H. ROWE
(1900 - 1951)
Clifford H. Rowe, 51, resident of Francis Creek the past 24 years died suddenly Saturday following a heart attack at his home.
Mr. Rowe was born in 1900 at Pound, Wis., Oconto County. He moved to Manitowoc County in 1920, and in 1924 married the former Miss Julia Hartl. He operated a meat market at Francis Creek 24 years until his retirement one year ago.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc. Rev. Joseph Rauch officiating. Burial will be in St. Ann cemetery, Francis Creek.
Survivors are his wife; two daughters, Shirley at home and Mrs. Charles Prather, Puston, Calif.; sister, Mrs. Edren LaRose of Two Rivers; two grandchildren.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 p.m. Monday until the time of services. The rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Monday.

The marriage of Miss Julia Hartle of Manitowoc and Mr. Clifford Rowe of this city took place at Manitowoc on October 21st. The couple made a tour to Upper Michigan. The groom is employed at Herman's Meat Market.
