Scheving, Virginia M. (Nee Krumdick ) Died peacefully August 1, 2014, at the age of 89.

Beloved wife of the late Lawrence. Loving mother of Larry (Jane), Mary, John Scheving and Jennifer (David) Crosby. Proud grandmother of 9 grandchildren, also survived by her brother Jim Krumdick (Jane), sister Mary Ann (the late Joe) Lemens. Preceded to Heaven by her daughter Patricia, brother Ken Krumdick and sister Carol Wieseler.

Virginia was born and raised on the family farm in Francis Creek, WI. After graduating Manitowoc High School, she began her working life in the shipyards in Manitowoc. Soon after, she went on to nursing school in the Cadet Nursing Program at Oak Park Hospital, graduating as a Registered Nurse. While working as a nurse at Loretto Hospital, in Chicago, she met her husband Lawrence and they were married in 1949. She then dedicated herself to her family. She was a devoted Catholic and Christian mother. She worked with compassion in her heart for others in service and in prayer.

Visitation at the Funeral Home will be held Friday, August 15 from 4PM until time of Words of Remembrance at 6:30PM. Rosary prayer to follow. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, August 16 beginning at 9:45AM with a family eulogy at St. John Vianney Catholic Church (1755 North Calhoun Road Brookfield, WI). She will be laid to rest at St. Ann's Cemetery in Francis Creek, WI.
