MARK SLADKY

Mark Joseph, 10 month old son of Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Sladky of Francis Creek died Sunday night at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc, following a lingering illness.
Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Saur Funeral Home, Kellnersville, followed by a Mass of the Angels at 10 a.m. at St. Ann Catholic Church, Francis Creek. The Rev. John Haen will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery.
Mark was born Feb. 10, 1958, son of Leonard and Sara Maples Sladky.
Survivors include the parents, brother, Michael; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. John Maples of Sturgeon Bay; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Sladky of Francis Creek; and the maternal great grandmother, Mrs. Mary Maples of Sturgeon Bay.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p.m. Tuesday.
