Joseph E. Lillie, 73 formerly of Chester passed peacefully at the Valley Oaks Care Center in East Liverpool on Monday, December 7, 2015.
He was a son of the late James and Hazel Hooper Lillie and he was born in Chester on February 5, 1942.
Joe worked many years for his uncle at Cornell Trucking in Chester and he was a Nazarene by faith.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Opal Angle and two brothers, Clarence and James Lillie.
Surviving is his aunt, Dorothy Cornell of Chester, and several cousins and nieces and nephews.
He is in the care of the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester where no services are planned.
