She was a Member of the “1918” Club Society. She was a Loving Mother, Grandmother and Friend to all who knew her.

She is survived by Daughter: Carla Sue Perkins of Knoxville, Tennessee Granddaughter: Kristin Perkins of Knoxville, Tennessee Other Extended Family and Many Friends in the Rockwood Area. Arrangements are as Follows: Friday, December 11, 2015 in the Chapel of Evans Mortuary in Rockwood, Tennessee, Family will receive Friends from 12:00 noon to 2:00pm. Graveside Services will Follow Visitation at 2:00pm in the Oak Grove Cemetery, with Rev. Kenneth Clayton, officiating.Evans Mortuary is serving the Family of Mrs. Edna Jo “Jo Jo” Howard.
