It is with Sadness that I add my husband Don's Brother Floyd to this site. Floyd will be loved and missed by many.

REST IN SWEET ETERNAL PEACE DEAR BROTHER FLOYD.

Floyd passed away quietly on December 9, 2015.

He was born on December 16, 1929 in Sandy, Utah to Mary Elizabeth Gregory and Elmer Bennett Inlay.

He was a cook for the Navy for over 22 years.

He later worked as a security guard for Burns for many years.

He had three children from his first marriage: Barry, Sherri and Debbie. He later married Dixie Jensen in which he shared two step-children: Jeff and Deanna.

He loved music and played in a band for many years. He also loved to fish and work in the garden.

Survived by his wife, Dixie; brother, Stanley Inlay; 4 sisters, Dolores Cooper, Irene Winn, Kathelina Vaccaro, Judith Peterson; 2 children Sherri and Debbie; 2 step-children, Jeff and Deanna. Preceded in death by his mother, Mary Elizabeth; father, Elmer Bennett Inlay; son, Barry Inlay; 2 brothers, Don Kinder and Melvin Inlay; and 2 sisters, Leona Inlay and Ellen Foster.

Special thanks to the Mt. Olympus Rehabilitation Care Center.

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, December 15, 2015 at 12 Noon with a viewing from 11-11:45 am. at Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 South State Street, Murray, UT. Interment: Utah Veterans Memorial Park.

What a beautiful tribute to you today Floyd. You looked so peaceful and you would have been proud of what you were buried in. Rest in peace dear brother. You are now out of pain.
