Jack Franklin Doan, 80, passed away on Monday, December 14, 2015 in Byram, MS. He was born in Crystal Springs on July 15, 1935 to the late Elsie Clifton Doan and Lois Watley Doan. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 15, 2015 from 5:30 to 7:00 pm and Wednesday from10:00 to 11:00 am at Lakewood Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am with burial to follow at Lakewood Memorial Park.
Jack was a member of the First Baptist Church in Crystal Springs, MS and also a member of the American Legion. He served in the Army and three years in the Korean War.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Evelyn Polzin. He is survived by his wife, Barbara A. Doan; children, Brenda Knowles and David R. Doan; brothers, E.C.
