Bernard M. McNamee of Edgewater Park died Saturday, Dec. 5, 2015. He was 67.

Bernie was born in Philadelphia, and graduated from J.F.K. High School.

He was a member of the Edgewater Park Elks, the first president of V.F.W. 3020 Delran Men's Auxiliary, and presently served as junior vice president.

He was retired from Shop Rite/Shopping Bag Local 56 Meat Cutters Union, after 31 years, and the Willingboro MUA Water Department.
He was a longtime member of Corpus Christi Roman Catholic Church.

Mr. McNamee is survived by his children, Bernie McNamee (Allison), Michael McNamee (Denise), Melanie Howell (Tim), Katie McNamee. He was the brother of Mary Ellen Deiter, Charles McNamee (Denise), and Frank McKamee. He also is survived by six grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 9, and to attend his liturgy of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. at Corpus Christi Church, 63 Sylvan Lane, Willingboro. Burial will be held privately at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, please make remembrances in his name to The McNamee Family Trust Fund, c/o TD Bank Chester Ave, Delran, NJ.
