Rose Ferron, 93, of Sturgeon Bay passed away on Friday December 18, 2015 with her family by her side. She was born July 7, 1922, in the town of Lincoln, to the late John and Mary (Koss) Swoboda. Rose married Clayton Ferron Sr. on April 29, 1942 at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Lincoln. Clayton preceded her in death on June 26, 1990. Rose was a very active member at the Hole Name of Mary Parish in Maplewood.

Rose is survived by her 5 Daughters and Son-In-Laws Dianne (Bob) Schmidt, Agnes (Leland) Nelson, Rosie (Andy) Jandrin, Betty (Roger) Anderson, Julie Charles (friend Marv Challes); 1 Brother-In-Law Clyde Shimek; 31 Grandchildren; 60 Great Grandchildren; 10 Great-Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her Husband Clayton Ferron Sr.; Infant Daughter Cecelia Rose; 1 Son Clayton Ferron Jr.; 1 Granddaughter; 5 Sisters; 3 Brothers; 4 Brother-In-Laws; 3 Sister-In-Laws.

Visitation will be held on Sunday December 20, 2015 at Wiesner and Massart Funeral Home, Casco, from 3 to 6 P.M. There will be no visitation the morning of the funeral. Mass of Christian Burial will take place Monday December 21, 2015 at Holy Name of Mary Catholic Church, Maplewood, with Fr. Carl Schmitt officiating. Entombment will follow on Tuesday at the Shrine of Good Shepherd Mausoleum.
