---Jane Doris (Clem) Shouse, age 90 of Columbia, Missouri, was called home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, December 16, 2015.
---Born April 7, 1925 in La Plata, Missouri, she was the daughter of Ray and Maude Estelle (Fuller) Clem. On December 22, 1945 she was united in marriage to Lloyd Shouse who precedes her in death.
---Also preceding her in death were her parents; one son, Larry Shouse; five brothers, Clifford, Dorman, Donald, Eburne, and Howard; and one sister, Lorene.
---Surviving are one son and daughter-in-law, Ricky and Holly Shouse of Harrisburg, Missouri; one daughter and son-in-law, Caroline and John Coats of Columbia, Missouri; eight grandchildren, five great grandchildren; and one brother, Delmer Clem of Albuquerque, New Mexico.
---Jane was a member of the First Baptist Church in Monroe City, Missouri where she was very active with the ladies group. She enjoyed spending her free time painting and sewing, but her real passion was simply spending time with her family. Jane was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.
---Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 19, 2015 at Travis Funeral Chapel in La Plata, Missouri. Officiating will be Pastor Karen Alden. Burial will be in the La Plata Cemetery.
---Visitation will be Saturday, December 19, 2015 with the family receiving friends from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Travis Funeral Chapel.
